i saw this picture on an article by thegamer and also on steam now earlier and it looks amazing. does anyone know the originial creator and where i can find this mod online?

Look like Vibrant Pastoral Recolor and Simple Foliage. I noticed that water and tree skins matched closely to those.

There is also an extra mod that display fishes in the water.

Screenshot looks like taken during afternoon hours, so the colors are more orange-ish + autumn season.
