Problem with willys boat

i finished the quests and put materials on the boat ive waited two in game days and nothing has happened yet. Anyone knows whats happening?

There should have been a cut scene of Willy and Robin fixing the boat the night after you fixed it. Have you gone back and checked to see if you can use the ticket machine?

Other cutscenes can sometimes override the boat being fixed. Had that happen once and the boat wasn't fixed for a couple of days as a result. I think it was finishing up the movie theatre/secret bundle and getting that cutscene that delayed finishing the boat, but I don't really remember now.
