If you use alot of mods on a not so strong computer it can take a long time to load in.
I readed for some people it takes more than 10 minutes

My suggestion, start the game up and leave it alone, go get yourself a drink or make a snack.
Or sift trough your mods and use less.

And make sure you got the latest versions of the mods in use, one gives a message its an old version and no longer compatible.
