The next major sale will probably be the Autumn sale which should start on (or about) November 21st. SDV is likely to be included in that one.
That said, the sale price is likely to be in the $9-10 USD range (although it has been a bit less than that at least once), and the normal price is $15 USD. This game is owned, operated and supported by one single guy, it is truly the work of an independent developer. I'd say the game is well worth the full retail price.
you do you. waiting for 5 or 6 bucks for something you want to play seems a bit silly.
should be one around thanksgiving
He lives in Canada. It's $17 for him.
I also only buy games on sale, but only if they're $50+
If you can't afford to pay $17 for a game, then you should either re-assess your financial priorities, or complain to your local government for butchering your economy.

how is it weird? % savings is just a marketing tool, what matters is what you pay. getting 75% off a 60 dollar game saves you 45 bucks. getting 30% off a 15 dollar game saves you 5 bucks.
you go out and buy a sandwich it costs you like 8 bucks.
I'm sorry if you are canadian.
damn, you should change your name to "Economy Understander" with this nuanced breakdown of the topic
For real though you people are judgy as heck. Even the richest people in the world use coupons and buy in bulk during sales. That's one of the reasons why they are able to keep their money. Kinda ridiculous that OP should be shamed for looking to make his dollar go farther in a weak economy. Ironic even, given that this is one of the themes of the game.
