Community Center Help!!!!!

I completed the community center just now but it still looks run down and the little star packages aren't completed?? Whats going on how do i fix this!! Ive made so much progress in this game i cannot lose it

A: Are you running any mods?

B: Completing the Community Center requires adding all the items required in each bundle. Each bundle gives you a (small) reward. If you complete all the Bundles in a given room, then a Star will be added to the board above the fireplace. You must have all 6 Stars before the Community Center is complete.

After all 6 Stars have been placed, you must view the Community Center cut scene (which can be triggered by entering the town on a sunny day following adding the last bundle).

After you've done all of that, then the Community Center is considered complete and you get credit for it.
