(Starfruit will yield comparable net profit over the course of the season on a straight crop-sale basis, but blueberries are less maintenance.)
Not corn (in-game tips given by Livin' Off the Land are not always the best tips), but Blueberries, corn yields about 15 gold per day after harvest, while blueberries yield about 45 (3x) per day after harvest. Corn is only needed to unlock Quality Crops Bundle if you're doing a Green House rush.
B= Price to buy for
S=Price to sell for
and x5 means they will regrow 4 times, so you can sell them 5 times
1. Blueberry B=80gold S= 5x80 gold Win= +320
2. Tomato B= 50 g S= 6x60 gold Win= +250
3. Melon B=80g S= 250 g Win= +170
4. Red Cabbage B= 100g S=260g Win= +160
5. Hot Pepper B= 40g S= 4x40 g Win= +120
Of course you will get more for a Starfruit, but you have to get the seeds from the Lady that you can find behind the tower of the Wizard.
The other crops have a Win of 100 or less, so I'd recommend the 5 crops on the top. (And the prices are only about normal crops, you will get more for golden star crops)
Hope I could help a little.
