Festive decorations
I noticed a few festive decorations such as the Jack-o-lantern and was trying to collect them. Is there...like...a Christmas tree you can find or anything? That would be nice to put up during winter! ^^ I already have the snowman scarecrow up!

There is a Christmas Tree (Tree of the Winter Star)! You can buy it from Robin, I think only during the winter season.

I went through the entire winter season, visiting Robin every day, and she never sold the Tree of the Winter Star. Did I miss something? Is it really just randomized?

Yes, it's entirely random, I bought one during summer of year 3, it's not connected to winter or to the festival.
