I finished the event after year 2 and got a statue from grandpa. Where is my score?

Your score is measured in statues received. You received 1 statue, out of a possible maximum of 1 statue. Congratulations! You scored 100%

/tongueincheek

I don't think the game actually shows you your "component score". All you get are the candles (obviously a maximum of four there) and, if you lit all four candles, the statue.

The candles are the score, you can get less than 4 lit, but congrats on your 4/4.

There are a total of 21 points you can get. Though, you only need 12 to get a perfect rating. There is no way to tell how many points you have exactly, beyond manually keeping track of the point requirements you've met. But you get a candle on your grandpa's shrine at different thresholds up to 12 points. If it has four candles, you have at least 12 points.

You get a point at each money threshold. 50,000, 100,000, 200,000, 300,000, 500,000, and 1,000,000.

You get a point each for completing the Perfect Collection, Master Angler, Full Shipment, Master Of The Five Ways, and Local Legend achievements.

You get a point for being married with a fully upgraded house, another four having at least 4 hearts with your pet, one for having at least 8 with 5 villages, and another if you have 10 villagers above 8 hearts.

You get a point for having at least a total 30 levels in your skills, a point for getting the Skull Key, a point for the Rusty Key, and 2 points for completing the Community Center plot(you can't have sided with Joja).

Yeah, I just hit Year 3, and I think my points broke down as follows:

Made over $1M — 7 Points
Maxed All Skills — 1 Point
Restored Community Center via Junimos — 1 Point
At least 30 Skill Points — 1 Point
"Community Center is Accessible" (I don't even know what this means, I assume it's just "Completed All the Bundles, One Way or Another") — 2 Points
Skull and Rusty Keys — 2 Points
Happy Pet — 1 Point
Villagers Think I'm the Bomb — 2 Points

So that's 17 points right there... which makes me feel pretty good about probably going Joja Co on my next play through, because it means I have a lot of wiggle room as far as points are concerned. I can give up five points and still get 4/4 candles and the Statue of Perfection.

In fact, getting 12 points is almost guaranteed: $1M, Max Skills, 30 Skill Points, Skull Key, and Happy Pet is 11 points right there. Get the Rusty Key, or complete all the Community Center bundles (even through Joja Co.), and you're done.

Edit: Ah, @Drake, is that right? I didn't realize that restoring the community center had to be done via Junimos in order to get any points. I thought Joja Co. Member of the Year was worth something. Makes me wonder why there are two separate triggers (Local Legend, and Restore Community Center), since they are effectively the same thing.
