I am not sure what I am missing for this...
Do I need 15 Sweet Gem Berry and Ancient Fruit to get this too? What about foragables?
I have 15 of all Pierre's Crops + the 3 crops from Sandy.

Sweet Gem Berries and Ancient Fruits do not count. Nor do the flowers I believe. Everything else both from Sandy and Pierre in seed form you need to buy, plant, harvest and sell 15 of via the shipping bin next to your house.

Also, did you ship 15 of:

-Strawberries
-Garlic
-Red Cabbage
-Amaranth
-Artichoke

Wheat is easy to miss because it doesn't feel like a 'standard' crop. Strawberries, as noted above, are also easy to miss because you only get the seeds during a certain event.

I think what I am missing is grapes. Do those count? I have 15 of everything listed.

Yes they count.

Rats.

I think achievements could do with a counter for situations like this.

Like the one that says 'ship one of every item in the game'. Apparently, that means only the things found on Farming and Forage. So you don't need to ship fish, trash or cooked items (apparently).

Well this one in particular is a bad example, because you have a tab with a counter under each item that says "Number Shipped: X"

Any edible crop that's purchasable as a plantable seed at Pierre's is an item that counts. Grapes might be a forage item in Summer, but they're considered a crop item in Fall (I don't think any other plant in the game overlaps like this, someone correct me if I'm wrong).

That means you need to plant those grapes in Fall, buying the seeds outright, and growing them yourself.

My question is, I have to put 15 in one time or I can put one for 15 days?

Do we also have to send in 15 of each fruit? It's edible and it's from a seed so I'm assuming so, just making sure!

Looks like ancient fruit, flowers, and sweet gem berries don't count for this. Everything else that comes from seeds except the forage season seeds is needed for this.
