Question about Forageables

I have been using forageables to craft new seed packs for the good fruits in them. I had a nice harvest in winter of crystal fruits. However, I'm left with all the forageables that I can't do anything with but sell? Or can I? Is there a reason to keep forageables that you cannot cook or pop in the preserves or juice makers?

And is there a reason to keep holly?

Could keep them for next year? But Holly has no crafting or artisan uses, so if you don't plan on hoarding I would sell.

OK thanks. Yeah I was thinking of making enough seed packs for the next year and selling the rest of the forageables. OK on the holly...thought maybe there was a crafting recipe that comes up for the holidays or something. Wouldn't that be cute to craft a wreath?
