I wouldn't say that, the game shares quite a lot of simalarities to harvest moon
another thing is how you've got a big inventory space from the beginning, instead of that having to go back to your home to change things small inventory space
Note: forgot to add that both RF and HM are not in pc. So this is a cross platform comparison

Of course rune factory and Animal parade is decent but the rest is garbage imo
There was a farmville ripoff and a minecraft ripoff plus the graphics just doesnt feel right
So my vote is on stardew valley
I don't even think they make new HM games anymore

I had the most fun with the GBA one I think.
If there was a good port of Stardew Valley for a handheld system I own, I would choose it over any of the recent HM titles...
Since there's no real choise on pc it's a clear decision there.
My favorite would be RF4 though.
