Fish usually, I don't often notice the loss of Luck.

Taking care of the farm or gifting

(you can still catch fish and go to mine the droprate is a bit lower and you will not find that much ore)

Nope ... I do everything I do on all days ... caring for the farm, perhaps even mining ... one thing however I won´t do on such days and that is, opening Geodes

I go to the mines to fight and raise combat skill, since I'm convinced there are more "monster" swarms on bad luck days.

Oddly when I get bad luck, I head to the mines and end up with more iridium and diamond than a regular day.

I take my stacks of universally liked gifts from the chest and run around town reminding people how much they should love me.

When I get good luck I normally break open Geodes or fish sometimes both

I just do what I normally do, and curse the spirits if they are below neutral on a Summer or Fall harvest day (one my last playthrough, they were at least unhappy EVERY. SINGLE. BLUEBERRY harvest day, and I was super pissed)

The breaking open of geodes is the one thing where I might pay attention to "lucky days" or not, but even there, generally speaking, it's still just RNG and I've had decent luck opening those on bad luck days as well as good. *shrug*
