Master chef achievement

So I have started gathering random crops, wild forage and such for this achievement.
Is there perhaps a list of all ingredients needed for this achievement somewhere? So it is a bit easier to keep track of what you need?

I also seem to be missing 1 recipe, and have a really hard time figuring out which one it is, is there an easy way to find out which one it is or do i really have to list every single food i can make vs a list?

This and the museum artifact collectum seem to be by far the hardest achievements in the game.

Not sure how accurate this is, but I found a spreadsheet that says to give what you need.
