Witch Event is Ultra Rare?

Year 4, already 3 Meteorites and 2 Fairy Events so far, but still no Witch event! Is the Witch Event the most Rare one out of all? Also I regret donating the Dinosaur Egg to Gunther, haven't found another one so far

Year 3 (Fall atm), 2 fairy, 0 meteorites, 0 witches. all i need is the void egg :(

So far, fall of 3rd year, ive now had 1 fairy, 2 witches (both gave a void egg) and 2 meteorites.

I have had 2 witches, one meteor, and no fairies. Didn't even know there were fairies to be honest. How am I missing this?

I am seriously wondering if I am bugged. I am at Year3 Summer 8 and I have not seen a single witch or meteorite strike. I did see 1 Fairy and it was my first year day 3. I did have a serious computer crash about Fall of year 1 and I am wondering if that might have done something.
Honestly, I just thought I had horrible luck until year 3 when Grandpa's cut scene did not play. All four candles lighted and I got the statue. But I really wanted to see the cut scene. I got so mad I closed the game and quit for a couple days. Then I came back and when I loaded up the day the cut scene started. Which made me ridiculously happy, but makes me wonder if my save file might be bugged. Has this happened to anyone else?

It's all RNG. I started a new game and I'm in Summer of Year 1 and I got the witch event. In my first game I've gotten the Witch and Meteor event twice before Year 3, now in Year 4 and I still haven't seen any Fairy (not sure what that is, haven't heard of it until recently!).

Summer year 3. 2 witches, 3 meteorites and no fairy. I hatched my void egg and got a void chicken, so now I get a void egg everyday. Haven't found a use for them though.

I found that if you keep checking the pig trader, you can sometimes find yourself a void egg. Its also RNG but it can help with more than a few issues. (I always seem to get my pufferfish for the bundle from her)

2 meteors, no witches, didn't know about the fairies. o_O

In Summer 3 I only have had 1 witch and 1 fairy, and no meteors. So I think you just have to wait :)

or you can make delicious dinosaur mayo. It's just normal mayo but I like to think it also tastes terrible, but you eat it anyways because it was made from Dino eggs
