do quality hopps mean quality beer?

im wondering if the quality of the item you add to a keg or preserves make the item that you get worth more. does anyone know?

With hops and wheat I don't think it matters. Either way the value of the beer and pale ale you get is far superior to gold star wheat and hops.

With other stuff I don't know.

I don't think quality of the crop placed in a keg affects the quality of the resulting drink.

Same goes with the preserves barrel from what I've seen.
