How do you move the tool bar?

It moves itself from top to bottom, depending on player chr. position on the screen.

...unless you have the Options checked that keeps it from doing that, in which case it stays/sticks to whatever position it was in when you checked that option.

If you lock the toolbar it stays on the bottom. I wish we could lock it to the top.

I could swear when I 1st bought the game, it locked to the top when I tried it.

That's most likely a mod.
I've also seen s smaller bar, which I liked.
