Where can i get a ice cream in summer?

I believe it's Alex who sells it at a stand beside the Museum / Blacksmith.

At the ice cream stand right next to the Library. Takes a little bit for the guy to arrive to run it.

The ice cream stand is next to (slightly left of) the museum. Alex works there, although I don't recall his specific hours.

You also get the recipe for making them from someone. dunno who but that's a thing.

buy from Alex near the museum or cook it yourself (milk+sugar) I'm not sure who is going to give you the recipe but perhaps it's Jodi.
