the quest rat problem dissapeared
i got inside again the community house and saw a weird text and a monsterthat disappeared and then the quest disapepared
is it bug?

Before the quest was there, people didn't know to go to the community centre. It was added to make people go there.

Go back there, explore the rooms, find the odd tile and have a look at it.
Then do whatever you were going to do and forget about it. You'll get a mail the next morning.
