Report a translation problem
On a serious note, once you reach Fishing 3+ it becomes much easier, depending on where you're fishing you might also be hooking more difficult fish.
If you are adamant that you do not like it, might I suggest this mod:

Oh, dear, and I actually like dogs. Forgive my mistake, oh man's best friend of the Pug nation. A girl I dated once had a pug, and it was a nice dog! I'll atribute my mistake to excess beverages of a certain kind and leave it a that.
Edit: But seriously again, I'd say that the mountain lake (near the mine) and the lake in the hidden forest are nice places to fish in the start, because they have a fair amount of carps. And carps are probably the easiest fish to catch in the game.
