Seeds out of season
I was just wondering if summer seeds will grow if I plant them in the spring. Do seeds only grow in their recommended season, or do out of seasons crops just generate less chances of getting star crops?

Thanks!!!

Never tried planting out of season, but plants that are still around when the game transitions from one season to the next immediately wilt and die regardless of growth stage and how close they are to reaching harvest stage.

You can try but the game won't let you plant seeds out of season.

As stated above, they can only be grown within their season. Eventually, you'll have the option to unlock a building which allows you to plant a limited number of crops regardless of season.

The only things that can grow "out of season" are fruit trees. Aside from that, you can grow anything at any time in the greenhouse, but that's it.

once you get the greenhouse do all seeds become available to buy regardless of season?

Nop. If you want to grow anything out of season you'll have to stock up on seeds in advance or use the seed maker. The only exception to it is a certain spoiler shop that sells the same seeds year-round regardless of season.

There are some trans seasonal crops. I had corn grow in the summer and fall.
