Where do I find Dwarf Scroll IV?

I've been through whole mine few times and I still didn't manage to get it..

Floors 80+ in the mines.

"Any Monster (Mines)

Using hoe on dirt (Mines level 81+)"

I've also already found it by using the hoe on dirt on the desert mine.

Essentially, go through level 80+ floors (110-120 are my favorite for also getting Omnis) and murder everything you see til ya get it. Simple as that.

I just got it the other day on ~ floor 103 tilling the ground. Took me until year 3 to get it. :(

I got mine in the Secret Woods. I think all artifacts may trigger in various areas.

Every monster has a 0.1% (1 / 1000) chance to drop Dwarf Scroll IV.

Yeah, I just found one in the Woods. Didn't need the damn thing anymore, though. Only sells for 1 gold too. >.<

It's worth keeping it to gift it to the dwarf. He loves them, and they are absolutely worthless otherwise.
