Can't Build Farm Buildings
When I Click To The Shop It Only Open Shop Inventory Is It A Bug Or Something

Err..you click the option "Construct Farm Buildings"

If Robin is still constructing it she wont allow construction on a second building until the first is complete.

So when Robin is in her shop behind the counter, if you interact with her are you given any dialogue options or taken straight into the [Buy] screen?

Usually when this happens, she already has the order to build, and will start on the new building the next day.
