Buying items in bulk?

Is there a way other than spamming my left mouse button to buy a certain number of items? What I mean is I'm wanting to buy a certain amount of Stone from Robin, so is there a way to input the amount I want? Or not yet? :(

Hold right click instead. Also if you hold left shift AND right click you buy at insanely fast speeds.

hold the right mouse button down on it... it will starting buying it rapidly...

Also if you hold shift while left click you buy them by 5's

Left click - 1 Single item
Right click - 1 buys constant lots of one
Shift + Left click - Single lot of 5
Shift + Right click - constant lots of 5's

I wish there was a way to buy a stack of 999. When it's keg-making day, I I buy 2-3 stacks of wood at least, and even shift+rt. click seems too slow.

I would use a buy stack button all the time.

I am such an idiot, I have been holding shift and spamming left and right mouse button so much my hand hurts. 480 hours in this game and I didn't know that.

Was this recently? I thought you couldn't plant trees outside the farm.

You have to till the soil to plant them outside the farm, so you can't plant trees on grass/pavement, in buildings, or where NPCs frequently walk. I usually plant a few at the bus stop and fill the train station.
