sebastian cut scenes didnt happen?(spoilers)

ok so im at 10/10 friendship with sebastian
during the winter time i reached 8 and then 10 eventually

i read on wikia that for 8 you go on the beach during a rainy day and then afterwardsanother time you go to sebeastians house to ride his motorcycle together
but neither of those options popped up

will 8 be skipped over because it wasnt able to rain during witner? does anyone know ?

Snow is not Rain, so thats probably why.

The 8 heart event on the beach with Sebastian requires it to be a rainy day, which doesn't happen in winter. It should work just fine if you have to wait until a season that has rain. You need to enter the Beach screen between the times of 12:00 PM noon - 11:00 PM that night.

okay so the 8th cut scene happened
but ive been very confused about the 10th cut scene
ive seen two different things said
one says you go to his house at 8 pm
one says you go to the area at 10 pm - midnight
( stardewwiki and stardewwikia)
i gave sebastian two gifts at the beginning of the week and ive had 10 hearts for awhile but i havent had it activated yet
it says 'any weather' on one of the pages but is their anything im missing ? anyone else have this problem?
