Didn't accept recipes in mail by accident, can I still get them?

I kinda did something stupid, I had a lot friends and they always sent me a lot recipes and I thought the recipes were auto-added to my cookbook and now I realized I have to press on the recipe in the mail to recieve it, which I didn't. basically a ton recipes lost, can I still get them somehow? do they remail recipes that they already sent but I didnt recieve or am I screwed? thanks!

Try sleeping a few times and see if they pop up in the mail again.

yeah... just realized and I lost a lot recipes I wouldve liked to have lol

Are you sure you have to click them? I have all the recipes and don't remember having to click anything in the letters. Check in your stove if you really didn't unlock them. Just to be clear, the recipe will only be "bright and colored" if you have the ingredients. A recipe you unlocked but lack the ingredients to will be greyed out but show you it's requirements. A recipe you didn't unlock yet will just be a shadow in your list. The recipe list in your game menu lists the recipes you already prepared, not the ones you unlocked.

I checked, I recall getting a cookie recipe from Evelyn and I jsut closed mail and went to check stove how to make it, I look at each box and I couldnt find the cookie recipe unlocked. I would just exit out of mail and not recieve the recipe.

There is no accept button on the recipes , iam unlocking mine just by closing the letter.

ohh sorry guys, It wasnt showing up on cookbook in inventory nor stove, I restarted game and now shows up.. much thanks for help!

I have this problem but it has never fixed itself. I didn't receive the Tea Sapling recipe when I backed out of the mail too quickly. The letter doesn't even appear in my letters tab and I have 99% crafted items where I'm stuck.
