The Caves not unlocked?

So apparently i've 97k total earnings right now, but why Demetrius haven't come to my house and unlock The Caves? Anyone got the same problem like me?

I use this guide :D, and i usually go foraging to craft a field snack or getting spring onion and salmonberry (day 15 onward) after that i go fishing and rarely mining.
