Where can I find Leah?

Don't get me wrong here, I'm not a weirdo, but I've been looking for her for the last
4 days out in town and on the 5th day I decided to just chill right next to her house,
fishing and silently creeping up on her booty in the bushes waiting when she comes
home. I came early morning and she was already gone so I was waiting for her untill
1am and she didn't show up, her door was locked, meaning that she was still outside.
Is there some kind of plot twist about her dissapearance later in game (in such case,
please use spoiler alerts ) or it's just a bug?

You checked inside her house, by the lake near her house, the ocean and in Pierre's shop?

Leah frequently goes to the saloon in the evenings, so that's often the easiest place to find her.

If she's inside her house, you're out of luck until you get her up to two hearts, since she won't let you in until that point, and she does tend to spend a fair amount of time in her house working on her art.

Depending on the season, she can sometimes also be found hanging out by the lake between her house and the Wizard's Tower; hanging out on the beach south of Elliott's shack; and shopping in Pierre's (I think she does this on Monday).

I can't get into her house, it's either locked (meaning that she's not in there)
or I'm not in a good enough relationships with her to come w'o an appointment.
Was looking for her near the lake, but only found Haley photographing stuff.
I usually go fishing on the pier so yeah, haven't seen her there either.
And I'm always restocking at Pierre and checking on Abigail.
She's not there either.

Thanks for the info, guess looking for her in the tavern is my last option.
Maybe she's avoiding me on purpose and hides everytime I approach :D

If you try to go in and it says "It's Locked," that means Leah isn't there. If it says "It's Locked. Only Leah's friends can enter" or something to that effect, that means she's inside.

Leah doesn't hang out at the same lake Haley does. Keep going west. Sometimes she's on the near (right-hand) side, sometimes she's on the far (left-hand) side. Occasionally I've seen her on the pier.

Leah only goes shopping at Pierre's one day per week, and I'm pretty sure it's Monday. Check Pierre's shop around 11 AM on Monday and see if she's there.

But the most reliable way to find her is at the Saloon, which she visits in the early evening. If you crash the place around 7 PM, you should almost certainly find her.
