3DS port?
Hear me out.

I want to play this game. I really do. But there is one thing that is really preventing me from doing so: Being tied to a PC. Well, that and being broke, but that's beside the point. Over the years I've gotten pretty accustomed to playing Harvest Moon and Rune Factory on GBA, DS, and 3DS. It's a match made in heaven, because the nature of these games is perfect for "play when you have a minute." And frankly, if I could get this on 3DS, there would be no hesitation, I'd buy it in an instant.

Moreover, this sort of thing has been proven to work already. Shovel Knight, Binding of Issac: Rebirth, and Terraria are all games that were released on Steam and then on 3DS. From what I have seen, Stardew Valley can easily match up to them. So there is a strong precident for porting a Steam game to 3DS.

I don't expect that my request alone will make an impact. But maybe if enough like-minded folks agree, we can see this game ported to other platforms. Regardless, I may end up buying this eventually, but I'll never be able to shake that feeling that I would rather be playing it on a mobile platform like 3DS.

Hold your hope. We didn't even have a mac and linux yet, let alone console and handheld one. Porting took some times, and i think they gonna prioritize mac and linux first

There are few games I have on multiple consoles, but I would be more than happy to buy this game again for handheld. Not expecting anything like that, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

This game is made by one developer and it's not even finished yet.

Maybe it will get ported someday, but that would likely be years from now and presumably on Nintendo's next system

He would have better luck on the phone market. As you mentioned. Harvest moon and Rune factory already has a strong presence on 3DS. Hard to sell a game on 3DS no one has ever heard of from a company no one who uses that device has heard of. Its wild fire on PC because there are few like it. If it was like Crashlands where you could play mobile, then cloud sync and continue playing on PC where you left off. There would be a big interest I think.

I dont know Fire Miser, this game is pretty popular. It sorta exploded like undertale on youtube so I dont think its too obscure anymore. I would REALLY like this on 3ds, as I spend most of my game time on there.
