And the Spa isn't part of the CC anyway, as it will simply unlock at 3rd summer, no matter which route you're taking.
Also keep in mind, that you can fullfill a few CC-objectives to get the rewards and you can then still switch over to Joja later on (The vault room for example is definitely better to get through CC and the boiler room can be done faster in the CC depending on your playstyle)
The community center is a bumpy hill, but it may be worth it as when you are finished you can find everyone you need in it once you are done with it. Community Center may be the path for you if you like slow and forgettable routes.I still have not finished the Community Center in the save file I have played the most.
I will not tell you what to do, but I may give you advice when you need it. It is your way of life and your choice, and also do not let anyone boss you around. Do what your heart screams at you to do.
Mabey its been patched since i last played. When the game came out i played the joja route. They arent evil.
With my money i got to pay joja to hire workers to repair bridges, the mine carts, everything in town.
The residents of the valley were perfectly content to leave everything old and dilapidated. The mayor sighed that no one cares about the Community center but he certainly could have organized a day to do something about it. Instead of leaving it to us and some magical fairies.
Joja fixed everything, revitalized the town, stimulated the local economy, created jobs, gave the lower income and single mothers of the valley a cheaper place to shop, and would put the town on the map as residents from local villages and towns come to shop, mabey even visiting the local and dying clinic who hasnt enough clients to keep the doors open not to mention the bar.
Working as some desk slave for joja sure is a terrible soul crushing dead end job but lots of places like that exist and that doesnt make those companies evil. Im sure working as a maintenance man in sewers is awful but someone has to do it. Doesnt make city services evil.
But from the farmers perspective, they are leaving Joja and the modern life behind to go live on a farm and reconnect with nature. I guess this is why many view Joja as evil because in a way they become an intruder representing something you left behind in the opening of the game. But it's not like Joja are destroying valley. The farmer still get to experience a completely different life and very much connect with nature.
So at the end of the day, it really boils down to which route you prefer. Joja route is a bit faster and obviously meant for players that are familiar with the game. It is less goal oriented compared to the Community Center route.
Don't help evil corporates force push joja colas, merchandise and other woke stuff down your throat.
Fight evil corporates.
Don't cut them any slack.
Restore that community center and prove them they aren't untouchable.
Watch them sweat blood.
so help out Jojamart? coo. already on it, boss.
yaaaaay walmart I guess.
