Any way to modify Energy without Smapi?

Vanilla has items that increase energy permanently if thats what you mean? Otherwise no,you can download a cheat mod and just add loads of health items though

You can mod your game directly without the use of smapi. Obviously it's more invasive than smapi and removing the mod isn't as easy as just deleting the mod in the mod folder, since you've to change stuff in the game files.

You could modify through your save file by edit it using Notepad++
Just go to save location "%appdata%/StardewValley/Saves" and then choose your "farm name" folder and open the "farmname" and "SaveGameInfo" file with Notepad++

Note: I'll explain this on Windows Client, so I don't know about another client since I never have an experience with them. Also try to backup your save file first, just in case ok?

1.) Press "CTRL+F" and type "maxStamina" (This is for change your maximum stamina)
Then u will see "<maxStamina>270</maxStamina>" and change 270 into whatever number u desire.

2.) Then type "stamina" on Find Comman from Notepad++ (This is for change your stamina)
Then u will see "<stamina>270</stamina>" and change 270 into whatever number u desire but don't go above your maximum stamina.

3.) Do those 2 steps above on both your "farmname" and "SaveGameInfo" files. Also don't forget to save after u finish to edit by press "CTRL+S"

4.) If your save file is a multiplayer, I guess u need to change the stamina depends on how much player u have on the farm. So if u have 3 players on the farm (including yourself). Then u need to do the 1st and 2nd steps 3 times.
