So Rune Factory is almost as much RPG as it is Farming Sim, and if you like THAT (and JRPGs), you might also want to look at Harvestella. It is very not SDV like, but it does have quality villager-ing alongside the epic RPG.

Sun haven is cool. It's similar to stardew but fantasy aspect and imo better combat. My time in Portia is stardew but you run a workshop and better graphics. Actually my time in Portia or the new desert one is the most similar

"The new desert one" is My Time at Sandrock. It is still in Early Access but is about 2/3 to 3/4 done and the full version is expected to be done this year.
