Is there a way to feed the child and can I give gifts to kids?

I'm currently grinding my second long-term world and had my first ever baby. I wonder if I can feed him some food? And is it possible to boil eggs in this game (to feed the child, as it is quite healthy)? If I can, would it be harmful to feed the baby with wine?

One more question: Is it possible to gift Vincent and Jas some beer, wine or pale ale? Or any item at all?

No, you can't feed your own kids.

You can gift alcohol to Vincent and Jas but they won't like it and it will reduce your relationship with them.

Thanks for the info, it kinda sucks I can't feed the child. Maybe I'll go to the barn and get some milk to her (and return 15 years later). Now that I wonder how do they not die because of lack of food...

I always thought other townsfolk would see it as bad and their friendship would reduce if I gifted stuff to children, it's good to know that I can do so. Maybe I'll gift them cakes instead of alcohol.
