Tea Saplings

I planted 4 rows of tea saplings but I didn't know that you can't walk through them. I have 4 tea bushes that I can't harvest. I also wanted to dig them up and plant something else in their place. I'm currently in the winter season and thought they would die like the other plants but they're there. Is there anyway to dig them up? I think I tried the pickax in addition to the scythe and axe and those didn't work.

Hmm, something is wrong if none of those worked. I'd recommend trying again. Or if that doesn't work for some reason, try a bomb.

you can only harvest them at the final week of the season

u can't dig them up and plant somewhere else, it can only be destroyed by Axe after planted it. U need to chop multiple times as chopping a tree until it destroy.
