Mr Qi Glitch!?
Hi I did the quest for Mr Qi to go in the casino according to the wiki, I got the money but it seems I have had no cutscene to get some sort of membership card?

You also need to put a battery in the wall box of the Bus Tunnel. Then put a Rainbow Shell you can scavenge off the beach in the summer into the empty box on the train station platform and finally you will need to put 10 beets into Mayor Lewis' fridge.

Mr Qi has 2 quest lines.

The one that allows you into the casino is started by placing a battery in the lock box in the bus tunnel.
