I just repaired it, and I got the Junimo animation that night, and the next day she never showed up at all that day. Does it take a while? It was raining and a Saturday if that helps.

When she completes her court mandated alcoholic treatment program. Just kidding. Daitetsu has the correct answer. You need to complete one of the bundles in the community center to get the bus stop fixed. I'm sure there's also a JoJo Mart equivalent if you chose to become a member instead of doing the community center restoration thing.
