How many animals do you guys have?
So far I have 20 ducks, 4 rabbits, and 8 goats. Should I keep going?

First I had one of every kind.
Then I had 4 brown chickens, 4 ducks and 4 rabbits.
Then I sold the rabbits and got 4 white chickens.
Then I got a void egg, sold the ducks, got 4 void chickens.
Then I sold the goat and sheep.
Then I sold everything else and demolished the buildings.

I tried some of each, except dino and slime.

None of them really struck me as worth it. Currently I have none, not even a pet (Who I wouldn't adopt in this new playthrough.)

Goats and ducks came the closest. Since goat cheese is a good free hp potion every other day for the desert. And makes a good loah gift. The ducks with only one egg type and only laying every other day meant I could ignore them a much as I felt like. Plus they were easy to breed, hatched fast, grew up fast, and sold alright.

Sheep and rabbits at first seemed the best to me in terms of "Walk in, visually see what needs collecting, and walk right out. Don't worry about eggs hiding in the mayo makers). But wool doesn't really do anything for you. And happy sheep started producing it so often it annoyed me. I felt like I was back milking cows.

The money selling max heart animals, including pigs makes me sad, when I can't decide when the mammal animals reproduce.

I used to have a lot of animals, but then I took a keg to the knee.

I was just thinking. I'd love to put a scarecrow in the barn and that count as giving the animals attention each day.

I kept linus's missing blackberry basket and taught my pet to use it to collect all the eggs the chicken/ducks lay in the coop. Its a big help and they do a great job since our affection is so high with each other.

3 Void Chicken (of which 2 will get sold soon)
2 Ducks

Everything that goes over this will get raised till a certain heart level is reached and then sold

Not counting my cat, two right now, a chicken named Pollo and a duck named Plucky, I'll get a pig and rabbit later so I can complete the last of the community centre bundles, don't need cows, goats, or sheep since I got the items they'd give me that I needed from recycling soggy news papers and the ♥♥♥♥♥, who also sold me the eggs that Pollo and Plucky hatched from for a fraction of the price Marnie would've sold them for.

3 cows, 3 goats, 3 pigs, 3 sheep. 4 chicken, 4 ducks, 4 rabbits and like 5-6 slimes? Idk, I like to keep things pretty varied and evenly spread.
