Has anyone noticed Pierre will sell your produce?
I've noticed Pierre will sell a parsnip or two ever since I first sold some to him. Is this like rune factory and such where they will sell that produce when one sells enough of it (perhaps of a particular quality)? I know he does this, I just don't know the particular mechanics, and It seems like few have noticed it, so there is no documentation.

It would really be nice to have an advantage to selling to the stores besides instant money. I would love to have access to produce when I need it, and its so weird that you can't buy anything but seeds and such when plenty of people other than you go there to buy things.

yup he will sell whatever you sold him at a higher price (duh) for a short period of time. Not all items but some of what you sold
I didn't know that, thank you.

Yes I noticed that as well. Didn't think much about it, but it's nice to know I can "buy back" some things if a quest pops after harvest.

But really I find it weirder that Pierre can buy just anything I have to sell when he's apparently struggling to make ends meet because of Joja Mart =D

Think of it this way. He's getting that product from you at-cost. Ordinarily he'd had to pay extra to a middle-man, plus shipping. He's not gonna *not* get stock from you at a third of the price of what he's likely paying, if he thinks he can sell it. Pierre is a shrewd business man m8.
