What days or When can you buy Rare seeds

I missed my chance to buy seeds 4 times and now I'm having difficulty finding them in the traveling shop (or whatever its called)

Every friday and sunday the travelling cart merchant comes by. She should sell at least one rare seed for 1,000 gold every time if it's in Spring and Summer. Sometimes she can even sell a second for 800 gold if you get lucky. I think she stops manditorily selling them in Fall/Winter and then it only has a chance for them to appear, just like every other item.
