Man, the witch princess. What were the requirements again? Faint 100 times and starve 50 animals?
Talk about hard to impress. And also weird to impress. 'I want to marry someone who kills animals and is a total wimp'. Okay then.
Either way, to answer OP's question, the game in its current state is completely static. Nobody dates, marries, divorces, moves, grows up, is born, dies or whatever.
Whoops... turns out we were that skeleton in the intro, half past dead... and this is our Majora's Mask + Terminal town
Yep. A nice idea for them to do, but pretty much everyone lacks any family jewels, if you know what I mean.
It takes you befriending them for them to work up the courage to (insert)

(Sam(and Seb/Abby)'s band name, band type, and going ahead with the band)
(Elliott Fabio's Book, that he genre's and titles thanks to your support )
(Penny won't even get herself a job unless you marry her. as far as I'm )

(and will still just shyly crush on Him, believing her every ♥♥♥♥♥♥ enrages him for )

Abigail, on the other hand, wants to put off a vibe of being more deep than she really is. She thinks she's too good for her family, is one of those priviliged kids that went goth to be weird for the sake of being weird, and is literally BORING in dialogue. There's a lot more depth to some of the non-weddable villagers (like Shane), than there is to Abigail. ♥♥♥♥ her popularity.
