Missed Jodi's dinner

Does anyone know how i could re-do jodi's dinner for being good friends with her as i could not get the largemouth bass because i was fishing in the wrong lake.

I don't think that is a fixed event - if you go the next night at 7pm on the dot with your fish you should still get the cutscene. Just make sure you don't go in the house before 7pm.
