I want to make my own flour

(i'm in mid-year 2, i am a bit slow , i know)

I never figured out how to make it either. Have fields full of wheat but can't cook a damn pizza without going to Pierre... Not ever a gluten free pizza :-/

think, you cant make it right now. but it would totally make sense to produce it by yourself.

and produce gluten free bread.

I want to make my own flour too. I haven't been to the desert yet and was hoping there was some way to get a mill there. I'm guessing now not. I like making my own oil but definitely want to make flour too. Vinegar -- not needed for many recipes, and it kind of would be fun to grow rice.
