If your character's hair isn't brown is the baby's hair still brown or is it either the color of your or the spouse's hair (I'm asking because my character's hair is white)

As far as I know, the babies hair and appearance is randomised from Black to Blonde hair and white to dark skin.

And if i'm completely wrong, which is very likely. I was kidding.

Okay I've only seen screenshots of the baby/child with brown hair

I only say it's randomised because I've seen mods that make the babies features inherited from their parents. I assume that without the mod that they do not (are random).

okay. I bet when workshop support first comes out a lot of mods will be "imported" to the workshop by the creators or people who have the files for them.
