Most "efficient" animal?
Have unlocked every animal in the game now and was wondering which is the most efficient. I currently have a mix in both the coop and the barn. Was wondering if anyone has leanred which animals get the most money considering the time it takes to produce their products? Thanks

That would be a hard to answer question since no animals give off their drops daily. They are kinda random like that.

i think pigs with truffle oil might be most profitable.

Sheep and rabbits are best. Pigs suck. Cows and Chicken are too much work for little pay.

It is nice to keep at least one of the less profitable animals around so you can get ingrediants for cooking. If you have already stockpiled a bunch, I guess it is unnessisery.

anyone that has done the maths with this game will answer you that animals are NOT the solution to making money. They are good source of ingredients for bundles/food/gifts tho.

I like many ducks + mayomachine. Wool isnt there every day, specially not from useless rabbits. Truffle oil is like non existent in winter and you need to let your pigs outside and thats annoying :D.

I prefer rabbits over sheep. Rabbits seem to drop more fibre than the sheep becoming shearable.

For the coop, ducks are great all around imo. That mayo sells for alot, and I tend to always get duck eggs almost everyday. For the barn I have no favorite, but I do like Pigs for spring/summer/fall. I tend to get tons of truffles, and with the foraging perk gatherer, sometimes am lucky enough to get double truffles from one.

My Setup for both is:

Coop - 8 ducks/4 chickens

Barn - 4 Cows/4 Goats/4 Pigs

I like to have some variety :D
