GIT GUD!
I hate the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ things too tbh. They get WAY easier to beat once you get a better sword, and you can onehit them usually by midgame.
In addition to this:
Git a gud wippun
With a good weapon, caveflies aren´t a big problem anymore ;)
And don't forget, with a sword, you can defend, which will cause them to take damage and just bouce off you without hurting you.
And it is impossible to beat with the basic sword. You just get screwed hard.
Fortunately this isn't a common thing, and as you level up you get more health better access to weapons and more experience in fighting them.
But the first time you get swarmed it's pretty brutal.
This is just one of those things that it's kind of ridiculous at first, but once you figure out how to fight them they become little more than an annoyance.
If you mean the guys in the first floors of the basic mines... I don't even want to tell you what's coming later :-/
No joke. The thing I hate about serpents is that you can hit them, kill them and yet you still take damage for some reason. Half the time I don't even feel like they touched me and yet I lose health.
Got lucky and got Neptune's Glave from a fishing chest. Felt funny walking into level 1 mines with a sword 10 times better than the starting sword.
Must narf
ooooorrrr.....
Git gud m80
