I forgot how I got the insect sword..?

Okay so I am in Fall, year 2 and about one or two months ago I got the insect head sword and I'm really confused because I have no idea what I actually did to get it, just one day Gil said 'Come visit me to collect your reward.' I know this is kind of pointless but I just wanted to know how I actually got it, what did I do. Sorry in advance for being a derp xP

Oops omg. I am only in level 80 in the mines and I use it for everything, it's my favourite. Proabably should change that xD can you recommend any swords?

Level 80 and using the Insect Head?? Dear god man that thing does 10-20 damage! Grab an Obsidian Edge (30-45dmg) or even a Lead Rod (18-27dmg).

Hah thankyou, I'll find them, can I just buy them at the adventurer's guild? (Btw you shouldn't be surprised, fall, year 2 -almost winter- and I haven't completed one part of the community centre. Safe to say, I am not the best at stardew valley xD

I would use the Templers blade for where you are at......


There is no rush to complete any of the center bundles. I am currently in year 2 and have only met 8 villagers.. Just did the mine carts for fast travel..

I can't remember what floor you need to reach, but the Adventurers Guild does sell a Claymore (20-32dmg), Templar's Blade (22-29dmg), Bone Sword (20-30dmg) and a Steel Falchion (26-38dmg).

Uch thankyou so much guys. No wonder I found it sort of hard to kill them grey monster things that sometimes drop the void essences xD

As long as you are killing them there's no real rush to upgrade I suppose, infact considering you've gotten that far using that sword I actually commend you. But you will definitely find it much easier to fight with the better weapons.
