He lives with his Aunt and Cousin. His room is to the right as you enter Marnie's house.

Oh really? The map usually says who lives in what houses.

yeah, a couple of the homes do not really give names, which made it hard when I first learning the game to find Penny.

Pam and Penny (Trailer)
Lewis (Mayor's Manor)
Clint (Blacksmith)
Vincent (1 Willow Lane)

Harvey (Harvey's Clinic)
Wizard (Wizard's Tower)
