Husband Elliot Sleeps In and is Grumpy?!
I try to kiss my husband every day. I don't gift him all the time. At one point he became grumpy and slept in bed. His hearts were 12, and I didn't think anything of it.

Then his birthday came. He was sleeping in bed. OK so I brought him a gift and kissed him. There was a heart, but he said "Get your own breakfast today!" How rude!

After that he was okay for a couple of weeks. I've been gifting him one of his favorites (duck feather). Early in this last week he was 13/12 hearts. Great I thought! Then yesterday he's back in bed...hmmm....

Has anyone else experienced grumpy spouses who lounge in bed? I'm in year 5. Maybe the kids are getting on his nerves. :D

I just got married to Sam. He visits his family a lot. Didn't know you could kiss them. I'll have to try.

I'm married to Elliot too, but I've never heard him say that. He sleeps in sometimes all day because I think he's got depression and sometimes just needs a day to be in bed. Don't we all?

Though my Elliot is always so loving. He said he wouldn't trade me for millions of star drops and writes me poems.

The thing is, we've been married 3 years and he's just started sleeping in bed sometimes? I don't mind but then he snapped at me to go fix my own breakfast. Yikes! He gets two days out. One at the beach and the other I don't know where the heck he is (maybe still in bed and I don't know!) haha at least he makes me coffee regularly and fixes the fences ocasionally....

Yeah you can kiss them daily and still gift them. It is to your advantage to keep the hearts up. Don't want to spoil for you. Just talk to him till he's done then talk again and kiss.

I love Sam's family. (Well Jodi. I have max hearts with her. Not kidding.)

I have a wife ... Once a month she turns evil, and I can't defeat her. The cat runs away to hide somewhere in the woods, the cows don't produce milk and the chickens won't come out. Even the monsters in the mines and skull cave is afraid of her.

But she makes me pancakes, and I love me some pancakes.

I've seen some screen shots of people's houses. Mine looks like a real house with no clutter. Did you clutter your house with a bunch of crap, i don't know if that makes them mad or not.

Luckily, I've never had to deal with grumpy Elliott laying in bed. He's told me he was feeling down and didn't wanna do anything, but it's rare. Although, he did get mad at me for giving gifts to the other singles on their b-day. Even had a bug where he completely disappeared from my farm and even the town. I had thought he left me.

Just talk to him everyday, give him gifts everyday and hopefully he'll be good. I kiss him multiple times a day, so maybe that helps too. He's a romantic, so you gotta treat him the same.

Nah, it's pretty empty. It was quite soon after we were married so i think she was still on 12 hearts at that point
