I'll be honest, I don't hate the guy, I just tend to forget he even exists, I never end up in the clinic, and I rarely see him around town, so when I get a quest for him or when Lewis wrote me to tell me I was Harvey's secret Santa in year 2 my first reaction is just "Who the heck is Harvey?"

Yeah, he should have an actual reason purpose in the game, I mean, all you can do in the clinic is litteraly buy energy drink thingys, there should be some kind of sickness stat if you stay up to late while it's snowing/raining
