Of course, if you're feeling especially brave/good with your reflexes, you can sometimes get them off the flying eel/mini dragon things that like to mob you in the Skull Cavern, too.
Having miner while farming 500 dusty's for thier ring adds up to a lot of bombs. It also helps you get enough ore to replace some easier.
Seems like buying bombs at $600 is cheaper than buying ore and coal to make them myself though.
Also if you friend Ken, he sometimes finds random hidden bombs in his basement and sends them to you in the mail! :D
Better question, who is hiding bombs in his basement?
Otherweise, go into the mines , round zone 50. Mine Iron, kill the sprites for coal. Works best if you take the level 5 mining perk that gives +1 ore per mining node.
Id suggest bringing a lot of maple sryup with you and whatever energy boast food of ur choice.
yea i just saw now hahaha i was asking the same question and then found the answer for myself and just wanted to share. people will stumble on this thread
And so did I. Gotta <3 search engines.
I'm still in doubt whether to just buy them (On a good day I'm making 100k+ and then it's no biggie) or go for the quartz copy -> bombs. The thing is; I really like the jade copy -> staircases (and then there's also the ruby copy -> spicy eel which gives you a speed bonus) and I don't want to put my whole farm full of Crystalariums. And then iron ore and bars are used in so many things that I'm hesitant to consider this as a reliable source.
