If you go onto the official stardew valley wiki, and go into the sewer's page, it says that there are 2 occupants of the sewer, Krobus, and someone named Rhubarb. If you click to go to her, his, IT's page on the wiki, it says nothing but "it" likes fish tacos and roasted hazelnuts. It's birthday is on Spring 28. If anyone knows anything about this mysterious character, please comment it.

Thanks for putting up the page! I forgot to do that. :D Also, I checked the calendar on the official wiki, it had no birthdate on spring 28.

That may be cause you haven't met Rhubarb yet? I know the first spring, Kent's birthday doesn't show cause we haven't met him yet, I think.

Yes, good Idea, but the thing is Flan lives under the travelling cart, and if you go onto the traveling cart's page, It says the only resident of it is the traveling cart seller person. If you go onto the sewers page (sewer is where Rhubarb lives), It says the residents are rhubarb and krobus.

Dudes seriously. That arent official NPCs, just the people who edit/run the wiki.

the final answer is: wiki editor.

there are plenty of them listed in the wiki. go search the names. just those 2 create special locations for themselves. one of them even has WIKI EDITOR in his bio... do you really think they bring a npc named after a crop?
